Yes, many of technologies we use are widely available and work very well when hosted locally. The value we add is integration, automation, simplicity, security, testing and support. We have dedicated labs for hosting testing environments and testing upgrades and patches. Our teams have multiple years of experience in getting the best value from highly connected systems.
Additionally, we have also pre-customised several components with ease of use in mind and to provided additional items like pre-configured and optimised monitoring templates for a variety of platforms and devices (additionally to what is already available in the vanilla products)
Our team is also available on a consultancy basis to support you in developing and building your own solutions using these technologies.
Onboarding
Once you have decided what level of service is needed, please complete the “Get Started” form selecting the appropriate plan.
Our onboarding team will contact you with 24 hours (it is normally less) and will start the onboarding process. This will include billing details, configuring access to your specific instance, and assisting with deployment of any local proxy servers.
Our support team will then agree a plan with you that will include a regular review during the initial months of the service to support with any setup and device configurations (as part of your plan) and to support you with initial training and how to sessions.
